RETURN, REFUND, and CANCELLATION POLICY:
We don’t accept any returns once the order is delivered. Refund policy is depends on following conditions: * If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made. * If the product was damaged on delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product. * If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete. * We at 'SHIVNERI FOODS' reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.Our Mission & Vision:
